PUBLIC OFFER
(Agreement of adhesion to the Terms of Service of D&D)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter — the “Offer”), addressed to any individual who intends to use the D&D mobile application or website (hereinafter — the “User”).
1.2. Acceptance of this Offer is deemed to occur upon registration, installation of the application, logging into an account, or any other use of the Service.
1.3. By entering into this Agreement, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree with the terms of this Public Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms & Conditions.
1.4. This Agreement is concluded without the Parties signing a written copy and has full legal force.

2. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

2.1. Service Provider (Service Administration) — Driveforce Ltd, a legal entity registered under the laws of Bulgaria (EU), identification number 207576513, address: 15 Odrin Street, 9th floor, 8001, North Industrial Zone, Burgas, Bulgaria.
2.2. User — any legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18 and has adhered to this Offer by accepting it.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Service Provider grants the User access to the functionality of the D&D mobile application and web platform (hereinafter — the “Service”)…

4. TERMS OF USE

4.1. To access the Service, the User must complete registration and agree to the terms.
4.2. Certain features may require additional verification.
4.3. The User must not violate ethical standards or applicable laws.
4.4. In case of violations, the account may be blocked.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

5.1. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5.2. The User consents to the processing of their personal data.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User is responsible for actions performed within their account.
6.2. The Service Provider is not liable for the actions of third parties or for events beyond the Service’s scope.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

7.1. This Agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance until the deletion of the account.
7.2. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally in case of violations.

8. AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS

8.1. The Service Provider has the right to amend the Offer by publishing an updated version.
8.2. Continued use of the Service signifies agreement with the new terms.
