Terms and Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: April 25, 2025
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Date&Donate (“D&D”, “we”, “our”, “the app”)! We have created this mobile application to provide a unique dating experience that combines social interaction with charitable giving. D&D allows users to find dating partners by paying for the opportunity to meet, while part of the payment is directed to charitable organizations. Our mission is not only to create new connections between people, but also to support good causes through every date.
These Terms and Conditions apply in full to our website https://datedonate.app/, including all its subpages, related sites, or associated pages (the “Website”), as well as to the mobile application for Android and iOS (“Mobile App”), and related services and features (collectively referred to in these Terms as the “Services”) (together referred to as “Date&Donate”). We have also included links to these Terms and Conditions across all relevant services. Some services may require their own specific Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the specific terms for that service will apply, rather than these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Date&Donate mobile app.
All references to “Date&Donate” or “D&D” in this document are interchangeable and refer to the same service.
By using the service (the app), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”), including our Privacy Policy (including the use of cookies), so it is important that you carefully review this Agreement, as well as the mentioned policies and procedures, before creating an account.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the service and must immediately cease using it.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. All updates become effective upon their publication in the app. We recommend checking this page regularly to stay informed of the latest changes. By continuing to use the service after an update, you confirm your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Our service is intended for adult users (18+), and by registering in the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Use of Date&Donate is voluntary, and we do not guarantee that every user will find a partner or be satisfied with their dating experience.
We strive to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users and encourage everyone to interact with mutual respect and ethics. If you have any questions or disputes, you may contact our support team using the contact information provided.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Driveforce Ltd (Address: Odrin St., 15, 9th floor, 8001 Northern Industrial Zone, Burgas, Bulgaria).
Please read these Terms before using the App. By accessing, browsing, or using the App, you accept these Terms and are legally bound by them (so it’s probably best to read them first!). We also recommend reviewing the Community Guidelines, which form an integral part of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
Date&Donate grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that the availability of Date&Donate and its software depends on the third-party platforms from which you download the app (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store, or HUAWEI AppGallery—hereafter referred to as the “Distribution Platform”). You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and us, and not with the relevant Distribution Platform.
Each Distribution Platform may have its own terms of use and policies that you must review and agree to before installing, accessing, or using Date&Donate.
The terms “us”, “we”, “the Company”, and/or “Date&Donate”, “D&D” refer to Driveforce Ltd. You and D&D together may be referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
By downloading the D&D software or accessing or using our Services via the website datedonate.app (the “Website”), the D&D mobile application (the “App”), or any other platforms or services provided by D&D (collectively, the “Service” or our “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all individuals who access or use our Services, regardless of whether they are registered or subscribed.
Under no circumstances shall the Date&Donate team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use materials on this service, even if the Date&Donate team or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Date&Donate is not liable for any consequences that may arise during the use of our resources. We reserve the right to modify pricing and revise the usage policy at any time.
By using this service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Date&Donate Service. In these Terms and Conditions, the term “you” refers to both you individually and the entity you represent.
If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel (delete) your account or block access to it without prior notice.

4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
4.1. Age and Eligibility
Registration and use of the Date&Donate service is permitted only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
By registering in the mobile application, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of this declaration. If a violation is detected, the account may be immediately deleted without refund.
4.2. Creating an Account
To use Date&Donate, the user must create an account by providing truthful, current, and complete personal data.
The registration process may require email confirmation or login via third-party services (such as Google, Apple ID, etc.).
The user agrees not to create more than one account. Creating multiple accounts to deceive or circumvent restrictions is a violation of the rules and may result in the blocking of all related accounts.
4.3. Account Security
The user is fully responsible for the security of their account and the confidentiality of their login credentials (username, password, third-party login credentials).
Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
You agree to immediately notify Date&Donate Support in case of any suspicious activity in your account, loss of account control, unauthorized access, or suspected hacking. To do so, please use the in-app “Feedback & Suggestions” form or send a message to dateanddonate@proton.me. We recommend regularly updating your password, especially following any security incident.
Date&Donate bears no responsibility for actions taken by third parties on behalf of the user in the event of compromised login credentials.
4.4. Authentication and Photo Verification
To create a donation-based date, the user must complete a photo verification process. This step is necessary to confirm their identity and validate the accuracy of uploaded profile images. Only users who successfully complete photo verification will be visible in the discovery feed.
Photo verification is conducted using Amazon Rekognition API, and is also subject to manual moderation.
Without successful identity verification, the user cannot create or participate in meetings on the platform.
The user consents to the use of biometric technologies provided by the third-party service Amazon Rekognition for the purpose of facial verification and agrees to the transmission of their photo for the purpose of authenticity validation.
4.5. Profile Editing and Updates
Users may edit the information in their profile, including photos, descriptions, preference settings, and more.
Providing misleading or false information is prohibited. If such violations are discovered, Date&Donate reserves the right to block or delete the user’s account.
4.6. Account Deletion and Blocking
Users may delete their accounts at any time via the profile settings.
In case of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of the platform, the account may be blocked or deleted by the administration without prior notice.
5. MODERATION AND PROFILE VERIFICATION
Moderation and profile verification are key elements of security and trust on Date&Donate. Our aim is to create an environment in which users can feel confident that they are interacting with real individuals, and to protect the platform from fraud, fake accounts, and inappropriate content. This section explains how profiles are verified, what the content requirements are, and what happens in the event of violations.
5.1. Purpose of Moderation
The moderation and verification processes on Date&Donate are intended to:
- ensure the safety of users by verifying the authenticity of personal data and profile photos;
- prevent fraud, fake accounts, and violations of platform rules;
- build trust among users;
- create a comfortable and genuine environment for dating by ensuring that profiles represent real individuals.
5.2. Photo Verification and Profile Confirmation
Photo verification is mandatory for all users who wish to create a donation-based date and appear in the discovery feed.
Amazon Rekognition API is used for automated image analysis. After the automated check, moderators manually compare the selfie (authentication photo) to the photos in the user’s profile.
If the verification is successful, the user will receive a verification badge visible on their profile.
If the moderator identifies inconsistencies or suspicious activity, the user may be asked to undergo additional verification or may be denied profile confirmation.
5.3. User Content Control
The following is strictly prohibited in profile photos or during the photo verification process:
- photos that do not belong to the user;
- images of celebrities, cartoons, or artificially created characters;
- photos containing inappropriate content (nudity, violence, drugs, etc.);
- images containing text, logos, or watermarks that may mislead others.
Violation of these rules may result in photo rejection, temporary or permanent account suspension. The administration reserves the right to request additional identity verification if necessary.
5.4. Fraud Prevention and Fake Accounts
To combat malicious activity and fake accounts, Date&Donate uses automated algorithms to detect suspicious profiles and prevent re-registration after blocking.
We have implemented mandatory moderation following user complaints.
If you use bots or automated services to interact with the platform, your account will be blocked.
The user agrees that their face may be verified using biometric technologies provided by a third-party service (Amazon Rekognition), and consents to the processing of their photo solely for the purpose of verifying image authenticity, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5.5. Complaints and Violations
Users may report suspicious profiles or content using the “Report” feature in the app.
All complaints are reviewed by moderators, who may remove the content or restrict access to the reported profile.
In the event of repeated violations, the administration reserves the right to permanently block the account.
5.6. Verified Profile Badge
Users who successfully complete photo verification and moderation receive a special badge on their profile. This badge helps other participants recognize that the profile has been verified and the user is a real individual.
- USE OF THE SERVICE
The Date&Donate Service is designed to provide a safe, responsible, and enjoyable dating experience. This section governs the rules for using the application and outlines restrictions intended to prevent abuse, fraud, and infringement of the rights of other users.
Please read these provisions carefully before using the platform. Any violation of the rules outlined in this section may result in restricted or blocked access to the Service.
6.1. Purpose of the Platform
Date&Donate is a mobile dating application that combines social interaction with elements of charity. The Service allows for the creation and booking of donation-based meetings, communication between users, and participation in charitable initiatives.
We are not a matchmaking agency, and we do not guarantee success in relationships or the outcome of user interactions.
Meetings offered on Date&Donate are of a social or friendly nature and are not subject to commercial exchange or intimate services.
Offering a meeting does not constitute selling a date. It is a voluntary initiative by a user who proposes the time, place, and purpose of the meeting.
Users have the right to decline any offer without providing a reason.
Meetings are strictly physical events that take place outside the application. Users are fully responsible for organizing, honoring, and ensuring safety during such meetings.
As all meetings occur beyond the app’s environment, users assume full responsibility for:
- organizing, confirming, and conducting the meeting, including selecting a safe location;
- adhering to ethical and legal standards during the meeting;
- ensuring personal safety during physical interaction with other users.
The D&D platform solely facilitates the arrangement of social, cultural, or friendly encounters. We do not interfere with the content or development of relationships between users following a meeting, nor does the Service profit from the outcome of such interactions.
6.2. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with ethical standards. The following are strictly prohibited:
- impersonating another person, including the use of another person’s photos or false personal information;
- distributing offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, aggressive, or sexually explicit content;
- coercing others into sexual or any other actions, including through psychological pressure or manipulation;
- posting commercial advertisements or promoting third-party services unrelated to the D&D functionality;
- infringing the intellectual property rights of other users or third parties.
6.3. Prohibited Use
The Service may not be used for:
- any form of direct or indirect harassment, humiliation, insult, intimidation, or threats toward other users;
- psychological pressure, manipulation, coercion, or any other forms of violence against other users;
- sending threats of physical, psychological, or other forms of harm, or messages that may be perceived as threatening, aggressive, or offensive;
- attempts to manipulate other users for financial or other gain;
- organizing or promoting intimate encounters, escort services, procuring, prostitution, or any form of sexual services in exchange for compensation;
- fraudulent actions or attempts to obtain funds/services through deception;
- distributing spam, phishing content, malware, or links to external resources;
- creating fake accounts, bots, or using automated means to interact with the app;
- creating multiple accounts by one person to bypass rules or bans.
Violation of any of the above points may result in temporary feature restrictions, account suspension without prior notice, or transfer of data to law enforcement authorities if required by applicable law.
6.4. Territorial Restrictions
Certain features or services may not be available in specific countries or regions due to legal restrictions or technical limitations.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service in jurisdictions where use of D&D is prohibited by law.
6.5. User Responsibility
You bear full responsibility for your conduct within the app, including the content you upload, the messages you send, and the meetings you create or attend.
You agree not to engage in activities that may harm the reputation, security, or technical stability of the Service.
You acknowledge that all communications and meetings occur at your own risk, and D&D is not liable for the actions of other users outside the application.
6.6. Reporting Violations
Each user has the right to report another profile or content by using the “Report” function.
The administration reserves the right to investigate, limit account functions, or block access in case of violations.
7. PAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL MATTERS
The Date&Donate Service combines dating and charitable contributions. A portion of the payment for attending a meeting is allocated toward charitable causes — users can select the charity they wish to support. This section governs the payment procedure, commission deductions, fund allocation terms, and the financial responsibilities of the parties.
7.1. Payment Model
The user who creates a meeting (the “Seller”) independently sets the total price of the meeting and determines the percentage that will be donated to charity. Another user (the “Buyer”) may purchase participation in the meeting by paying the specified amount through the integrated payment system.
We use third-party payment services to facilitate financial transactions. All payments are made in the currency supported by the Service and the corresponding payment partner.
Payment is made solely for the opportunity to attend the meeting, not for the outcome or content of the meeting. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from user interactions.
7.2. Payment Distribution Structure
The total amount paid by the Buyer is allocated as follows:
- Platform Commission (D&D Commission): A percentage of the total amount retained to cover administrative costs, moderation, and technical support.
- Charitable Donation: A portion of the payment allocated to the charity chosen by the user.
- Seller’s Earnings: The remaining portion transferred to the Seller after the meeting has taken place and been confirmed.
- The breakdown of the commission, donation, and Seller’s earnings is displayed in the application and recorded at the time the meeting is created.
7.3. Fund Holding (Reservation)
Upon payment confirmation, the funds are not immediately disbursed but are reserved (“held”) by the payment provider until the meeting is completed.
Funds are released and distributed only after the meeting has taken place (automatic confirmation or confirmation by the participant through the application).
In case of meeting cancellation in accordance with Section 8, funds are either refunded to the Buyer or redistributed according to the Service’s policies.
7.4. Charitable Component
Users have the option to select one of the charities listed within the application.
The donation amount is automatically calculated based on the percentage set during the meeting creation.
All charitable transfers are made under transparent conditions and can be reviewed in the user’s transaction history.
Some reporting regarding the donated funds may be made available on the Date&Donate website or YouTube channel.
7.5. Currency and Taxes
All prices are indicated in the currency selected according to the user’s jurisdiction or the payment system settings.
Users are fully responsible for fulfilling their own tax obligations related to any income received through the Service in their respective countries.
We reserve the right to issue financial transaction reports upon request from users or regulatory authorities.
7.6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available under certain circumstances outlined by the Service, specifically:
- cancellation of the meeting by the Seller in advance;
- impossibility of providing the service due to technical errors attributable to the platform.
Refunds are not issued if the meeting was confirmed and deemed completed by both parties. All refund requests are reviewed individually by the support service, taking into account the specific circumstances.
Partial refunds in the case of partial fulfillment or disputes are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Date&Donate strives to ensure a transparent, secure, and fair financial process for all parties.
If you have questions about payments or refunds, please contact our support service through the “Help” section in the app or via the specified contact information.
8. MEETING CREATION, CONFIRMATION, AND CANCELLATION PROCESS
Meetings on Date&Donate are not products or services but opportunities to meet, spend time together, and simultaneously support charitable causes. To ensure fairness, transparency, and comfort for all participants, the meeting process is governed by a series of automated rules and actions. This section explains how meetings are created, confirmed, and canceled on the platform.
8.1. Creating a Meeting
A meeting is created by a user who wishes to propose a meeting through a dedicated form indicating the following: country, city, location, date, time, type of meeting, donation amount, and selected charity.
Users who wish to create a meeting must complete photo verification. Without successful verification, it is not possible to create a meeting.
After saving the created meeting, it appears under the “My Meetings” tab and becomes available to other users in the feed. The recommended standard duration of a meeting is 1 hour; however, the Seller may adjust the duration manually.
Note: You may propose any meeting format; however, Date&Donate strictly prohibits meetings involving intimate services, escorting, solicitation, or prostitution.
8.2. Meeting Start and Confirmation
A chat between participants becomes available 1 hour before the scheduled meeting time.
The system sends reminders 30 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled meeting.
After the meeting start time, both participants receive a push notification asking: “Did you find each other?”
If the Buyer (the user who purchased the meeting) confirms that the meeting took place, it is automatically considered completed.
Only the Buyer has the right to confirm the meeting, providing protection for the paying party.
If no confirmation is received, and neither party selects “could not find each other,” submits a complaint, or sends their geolocation, the meeting is automatically considered completed 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
If one party fails to show up or there are doubts, it is essential to select “could not find each other” or contact support within the first minutes after the meeting was supposed to start.
8.3. Actions in Case of Unconfirmed Meeting or Complaint
If participants cannot find each other, the system will request geolocation data. If only one party sends geolocation or a complaint is submitted, the system automatically generates a support ticket. In case of confirmed violations (e.g., a no-show), funds may be refunded, and the violator’s profile may be restricted.
If both participants select “could not find each other” and fail to respond to further system prompts, the meeting is automatically closed as not having occurred, with the Buyer receiving a refund (excluding any payment system fees, if applicable).
Participants may receive a warning or access limitations in the case of systematic meeting avoidance.
8.4. Meeting Cancellation
Users may cancel a meeting no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
If cancellation occurs within the permitted timeframe, funds are refunded according to the refund policy.
If the Buyer fails to show up, the meeting is deemed to have taken place, and funds are distributed in the standard order: to the Seller, the charitable organization, and the platform (D&D commission).
In case of Seller no-show or abuse, the Seller’s profile may be restricted or blocked.
To unlock the account after a no-show, a penalty fee equal to 20% of the meeting price must be paid. This amount will be transferred to the Buyer as compensation.
9. PERSONAL ACCOUNT (PROFILE)
Your personal account (“Profile”) in the Date&Donate app allows you to manage your personal information, account settings, view your balance, donation history, and interact with customer support. We recommend carefully reviewing this section for the most comfortable use of the application.
You may freely modify or update the information in your profile at any time; however, you are fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided.
The information in your profile may be visible to other users and may include:
- Name and age (mandatory fields);

You agree to use only your own photographs in your profile.
It is prohibited to use images of other individuals without their consent, celebrity images, photos that violate moral or legal standards, or images containing explicit or hidden advertising.
Your profile may contain up to six photographs, which must undergo mandatory verification in accordance with the “Profile Moderation and Verification” section of these Terms.

Feedback and Suggestions
In the “Feedback and Suggestions” section, you may leave comments, reviews, or ideas for improving the app. We carefully review every submission and strive to respond promptly.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
If you suspect that unauthorized third parties have gained access to your account, you must immediately contact our support team.
Date&Donate is not liable for any loss of access to your profile resulting from your failure to adhere to the recommended security practices.
10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Date&Donate enables you to upload, publish, and share content within the platform.
We strive to create a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for all users, and therefore request that you act responsibly regarding the materials you publish or send to other users.
You are fully responsible for any content that you create, upload, publish, distribute, or transmit via the Date&Donate application.
By uploading content, you warrant that you own all necessary rights to use such content and that you are not infringing on the rights of third parties, including copyright, privacy rights, confidentiality, or any other legal norms.

You may upload:
- Your own photographs that clearly identify you as a real person.
- Personal information about yourself (profile description) that accurately reflects reality and does not mislead other users.
- Messages to other users that comply with ethics and Date&Donate Community Guidelines.
10.2. Prohibited Content
You are prohibited from uploading, sending, or publishing content that includes:
- Pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive images or materials;
- Content promoting intimate services, escort services, prostitution, matchmaking for a fee, or any other illegal or unethical activities;
- Photographs of minors or individuals appearing underage, especially in inappropriate contexts;
- Photographs of other people uploaded without their consent;
- Images of celebrities, cartoon characters, or other fictional or non-realistic representations;
- Content containing hate speech, aggression, racism, xenophobia, discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or offensive language targeting any person or group;
- Graphic depictions of violence, self-harm, or suicidal content;
- Materials promoting or advertising drugs, illegal substances, or unlawful activities;
- Content infringing on copyrights, intellectual property rights, or trademarks of third parties;
- Photos, videos, or materials containing personal or confidential information about others without their consent (e.g., passport details, addresses, phone numbers);
- Advertising materials or spam, including links to other applications, websites, products, or services.
10.3. Rights of Date&Donate Regarding Your Content
By uploading any content to Date&Donate, you retain all your copyright rights to such content. However, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, and distribute your content within the platform and for advertising or marketing purposes of Date&Donate (e.g., displaying example profiles in service promotions). This license remains valid for as long as your content is stored on the platform and can be revoked by deleting the respective content, except where it has already been used in promotional materials before deletion.
10.4. Removal of Inappropriate Content
Date&Donate’s administration reserves the right to remove your content at any time if it violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, moral standards, or applicable law. We may also restrict, suspend, or permanently block your account in case of repeated or serious violations.
10.5. Complaints About Other Users’ Content
You may report inappropriate or suspicious content using the “Report” button in the app or the “Feedback and Suggestions” section. All complaints are reviewed by our moderators. We reserve the right to remove or block any content that does not comply with the established rules.
10.6. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content
Date&Donate is not responsible for user-generated content. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from the use of content that you upload or send through the platform. If your content causes any legal disputes or claims from third parties, you agree to handle such disputes and indemnify Date&Donate for any related losses.
10.7. Content Moderation
To ensure compliance with these Terms, as well as Apple App Store and Google Play policies, Date&Donate uses both automated tools and manual moderation to review user-generated content.
Moderation covers all materials you upload, publish, or send within the platform, including:
- Profile photos;
- Profile descriptions;
- Chat messages;
- Comments;
- Photos and videos during photo verification.
Uploaded content may be reviewed automatically (including via AI) and manually by moderators for compliance with the Terms, Community Guidelines, laws, and Apple/Google standards.
We may refuse publication, remove, modify, or restrict access to any content without prior notice if:
- It violates service rules, platform standards, or laws;
- It has an inappropriate, offensive, unethical, or illegal nature;
- It infringes on copyrights or involves fraud;
- It poses security risks to users or the platform.
We may take action against users who systematically or seriously violate content requirements, including restriction of features, temporary blocking, or permanent account deletion.
If your content has been blocked, hidden, or deleted, you will receive an automatic notification via the app or by email explaining the reason for moderation, where possible.
If you disagree with a moderator’s decision, you have the right to appeal within 7 calendar days of receiving the moderation notification.
To appeal, use:
- The “Contact Support” feature in the “Profile” > “Support” section, or
- Send an email to dateanddonate@proton.me, providing: your login, a description of the situation, the reason you believe the moderation decision was incorrect, and any additional evidence or explanations (if available).
The Date&Donate team will review your appeal within 5–10 business days.
We may cancel, adjust, or uphold the previous decision, providing an explanation.
Users abusing the appeal process (e.g., mass filing of frivolous appeals or insulting moderators) may have their right to appeal restricted.
10.8. Content Submitted for Photo Verification
Photos submitted for verification are also considered user-generated content.
They must:
- Clearly identify the person in the photo;
- Not include other persons, objects, or misleading elements;
- Be taken according to the validation system instructions (e.g., with a required facial expression or gesture).
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection of photo verification, restriction of account features, or blocking access to certain sections of the platform (e.g., participation in the meeting feed).
10.9. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Content Filtering
Date&Donate may use artificial intelligence technologies to improve service quality, including content recommendations, content moderation, and fraud detection.
You agree to the use of such technologies within the scope defined by our Privacy Policy.
Automated machine learning models may:
- Detect standards violations (e.g., inappropriate images);
- Add metadata for further manual review;
- Automatically approve or reject content.
However, final decisions regarding publication or blocking of content are always made by human moderators to ensure fairness and provide appeal opportunities.
10.10. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities
If user content:
- Promotes violence, hatred, or criminal activities;
- Poses a threat to life, health, or safety,
Date&Donate reserves the right to cooperate with relevant authorities and disclose appropriate information upon lawful request and/or report violations that may involve criminal offenses.
- SAFETY AND LIABILITY
We recommend exercising common sense when engaging in dating and scheduling in-person meetings.
D&D is not responsible for user actions that take place outside the app.
We are committed to fostering a safe and comfortable environment for dating within Date&Donate. However, real-world safety starts with the responsible conduct of every user. This section outlines the responsibilities assumed by us as a service provider and the obligations of each user when using the platform.
11.1. Your Personal Safety
You are solely responsible for your actions within the app as well as for any meetings that you organize or attend through Date&Donate.
Before agreeing to meet someone, we recommend reviewing the other person’s profile, checking for the photo verification badge, and choosing only safe, public locations for meetings.
Recommended safety practices include:

We reserve the right to restrict access or block the profile of any user who violates communication standards or otherwise jeopardizes the safety of others.
11.3. In-Person Meetings and Off-Platform Interactions
Date&Donate is not a party to any agreement or arrangement between users regarding meetings. We solely provide the platform for facilitating connections and communication.
We are not a service for escorting, sexual services, or matchmaking for financial gain.
We are not liable for the behavior of users during in-person meetings or for any events or consequences that occur outside the platform.
If you encounter a dangerous situation or unacceptable behavior from another user, please notify our support team immediately or use the “Report” feature in the app.
11.4. Safety Recommendations
Before your first meeting, we encourage you to review the “Safety Tips” section within the app. It contains best practices for staying safe in both online and offline interactions.
We also recommend:

- Never sending private money transfers to other users;
- Contacting our support team in case of any doubts or suspicions.
11.5. Date&Donate’s Responsibility

- That all stated intentions during the creation of a meeting will be fulfilled.
Date&Donate shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, moral or physical harm caused by the actions or omissions of other users of the service.
11.6. Fraud and Community Protection
Date&Donate treats the issue of fraud and the protection of its community with utmost seriousness.
Fraud includes, but is not limited to, any actions aimed at deceiving users for the purpose of:
- Receiving money or gifts;
- Collecting sensitive information (e.g., banking credentials);
- Manipulating profile status, reviews, ratings, etc.;
- Identity falsification, including using fake photos or AI-generated content.
We apply automated algorithms to detect suspicious activity. All fraud reports are promptly reviewed by moderators. If fraud is confirmed, the account is immediately blocked, and the user may be permanently banned from re-registering.
We reserve the right to report serious violations to law enforcement authorities.
If you suspect fraud:
- Report it immediately via the “Report” function in the user profile or through the “Support” section;
- Do not send any funds, even if the request seems legitimate;
- Do not disclose private data (card numbers, passwords, access codes, etc.);
- If you suspect someone is using a fake name, photo, or information—submit a report for verification.
Date&Donate reserves the right to:
- Temporarily limit account features during investigation;
- Deny reactivation of an account found to be engaged in fraud;
- Issue compensation to affected users in cases of confirmed deception.
- ACCOUNT DELETION
You have the right to delete your account in the Date&Donate mobile app at any time. Once deleted, your profile will no longer be visible to other users, and your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account directly from the app by navigating to “Profile” → “Settings” → “Delete Account”. Upon confirmation, your profile will be deactivated and will no longer be accessible to others.
Please note that upon confirmation of deletion:
- Your information will be permanently removed from our servers within the timeframe specified in our Privacy Policy;
- You will lose access to all features and functionalities of the Date&Donate app;
- Any internal rewards or statistics associated with your account will be voided and cannot be restored;
- Account recovery is only available for 30 days after deletion. If more than 30 days have passed, you must create a new account to use the service again.
Please be aware that uninstalling the Date&Donate app from your device does not automatically delete your account or personal data. To fully delete your information and account, follow the steps outlined above in your profile settings.
If you have any questions or encounter issues while deleting your account, please contact our support team via email or through the feedback form in the app.
After your account is deleted, we may retain anonymized information for analytical or statistical purposes in accordance with applicable law.
If you have an active meeting that has already been paid for, account deletion is only possible after the meeting has been completed or officially canceled via the app. If you attempt to delete your account before the meeting is completed or confirmed, the meeting will automatically be considered as not having occurred due to your fault, and financial penalties may apply in accordance with Section 8.
- ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Date&Donate team values the safety, comfort, and positive experience of using our application. Therefore, we reserve the right to take action to suspend or terminate accounts if a user’s behavior violates these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.

- Sending unsolicited messages (spam), advertisements, or commercial offers without prior consent;
- Use of bots or automated systems to interact with the platform;
- Use of the account for illegal activities;
- Suspicion of hacking attempts, interference with the app’s operation, or intrusion into other users’ profiles;

- Conduct that discredits the platform or other accounts.
13.2. Suspension Procedure
If your account is suspended, you will be notified via email or in-app message, specifying the reason for the suspension.
You have the right to appeal the suspension by submitting a detailed request to our support team at dateanddonate@proton.me or through the “Support & Help” section in the app. The decision to lift the suspension will be made at the discretion of the Date&Donate administration based on the explanation and evidence provided.
Once suspended, your profile becomes invisible to others and is removed from the feed.
You lose the ability to create or accept meetings, view profiles, or send messages.
If you sold a meeting and failed to appear without explanation, your account will be suspended pending clarification. To lift the suspension, a penalty of 20% of the meeting cost must be paid (see Section 8).
If the issue is not resolved or no response is received, the account may be permanently deleted.
In some cases, an account may be restored after suspension by contacting support and passing an additional review.
If the suspension is related to non-payment or a no-show, it may only be lifted after the required penalty is paid.
We do not guarantee reinstatement in every case, especially for serious violations or attempts to circumvent the system.
13.3. Grounds for Account Termination
Date&Donate reserves the right to permanently delete your account without the possibility of recovery if:

In the event of account deletion, the user will receive a notice explaining the reasons for the decision. All data and the user’s interaction history with the app will be deleted from Date&Donate’s systems within the period defined by our Privacy Policy. Users whose accounts have been deleted for serious violations are prohibited from re-registering on the app. If there is a remaining account balance at the time of deletion, it will not be refunded.
13.4. Reporting Violations
If you witness violations by other users, please report them to our support team using the “Report” function in the app or via email at support@datedonate.app. Each report will be thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken to protect our community.
